The Malta Communications Authority (MCA) and the eSkills Malta Foundation are rolling out another intake of the eBiznify Training Programme, commencing in November. Fully funded by both entities, eBiznify offers comprehensive, hands-on training to equip particpants with in-demand digital skills, helping them become proficient in eCommerce. This helps them acquire more confidence, and are more likely to succeed in the digital space, be it competing in an increasingly digitally-oriented job market, proposing effective suggestions for pushing online sales, or even embarking on their own eCommerce endeavours.
Participants attend for a series of modules via a dedicated eLearning platform supported by guided online tutorials and peer-to-peer discussions. It also includes access to a series of resources including an online library and interviews with local industry leaders sharing best practices and expertise.
The eBiznify training programme takes participants step-by-step through the essentials of eCommerce, with six carefully structured modules. Starting from the basics and adopting a practical approach, the course introduces participants to the key concepts and fundamentals of eCommerce to help them better understand online market dynamics and lay the foundations for the subsequent modules. This makes it possible for anyone to follow the course, including individuals with no prior experience or training in online selling.
The programme spans through the different aspects of selling via digital channels. It focusses on areas such as content design and development, data analytics, customer traffic, search engine optimisation (SEO), affiliate marketing and a variety of other digital media channels. And that’s not all! It also tackles the process of product delivery and customer experience, addressing the complexities of logistics and distribution, integrated sales channels and customer relationship management.
It is ideal for those wanting to expand their knowledge of eCommerce and related concepts as well as to boost their competence on the development of online services.
On successful completion of eBiznify, participants will be awarded an MQF Level 4 certificate in digital business.
