Networking Session: Collective Bargaining
The Malta Employers’ Association organised a Networking Session for its members on Collective Bargaining on the 25th April 2019. The aim of this session was for companies operating in a unionised environment to discuss challenges and trends emerging from collective bargaining exercises.
The workshop enabled participants to:
- Understand the legal aspect of collective bargaining
- Discuss trends in wage inflation
- Network with other companies about emerging trends in collective bargaining
Participate in workshops to discuss the nature and diversity of wage and non-wage demands in collective bargaining exercises.
