The e-YMS is a digital platform in which the interested party sets up his company himself, without the need to visit any public service. (Established by article 8 of Law 4441/2016)
Through the platform, private capital companies (IKE) can be set up, either sole proprietorships or multi-person companies, general limited (OE) and limited liability (EU) companies, limited liability companies (limited liability companies) and public limited companies (SA).
