Have you heard about the two new funding schemes announced last week by Malta Enterprise?
The European Union aims to be a climate-neutral bloc by 2050 and is working hard to support and encourage businesses to become more digitally and environmentally conscious and sustainability-oriented. Malta Enterprise recently announced two schemes aimed at supporting organisations financially to incentivise the adoption of more mindful and sustainable activity processes.
1. Smart and Sustainable Investment Grant
Businesses can get up to 50% reimbursement of a maximum of €50,000 and a tax credit of up to €20,000 to subsidise investments aimed at achieving more sustainable and digitalized processes.
2. Change to Grow Incentive
Serving as a precursor to the aforementioned scheme the Change to Grow incentive gives businesses up to a 75% reimbursement of a maximum of €10,000 on costs incurred on Advisory services aimed to help with this transition.
