‘’Small companies care about employee satisfaction’’

In today’s context of staff deficit in most of the sectors, the success of any organisation is strongly affected by the satisfaction of its employees. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs are more committed and productive, more likely to stay with an organization and even recommend working in it to others. Employee satisfaction typically implies lower staff turnover and absenteeism.
If you are interested to improve staff engagement and retention in your organization, then join us for the closing event of the project ‘’Small companies care about employee satisfaction” (SATISF’ACTION) co-funded by the EU’s Erasmus+ programme. This event is organised by the International Integrity Foundation (IIF), in collaboration with Malta Employers' Association and eSkills Malta Foundation.
The aim of the event is to present the scope, outcomes and results of the project, particularly the digital toolbox developed to assist owners and managers of small organisations to better assess and manage the level of job satisfaction of their employees. Thanks to EU funding support for its development, this toolbox will be made available free of charge. The overall situation regarding employee satisfaction in small companies in Malta, good practices for its assessment and improvement, as well as the relevance of faster and wider adoption of digital tools in small organisations will be other main topics of the discussion.
The speakers at the event will include Human Resources specialists and directors of small organisations in Malta who will share from their expertise and experience in this sense. For more details, please see the enclosed agenda of the event.
