Aġenzija Sapport is Malta's National Agency dedicated to supporting and empowering persons with disabilities. By providing essential services, guidance, and resources to individuals, families, and communities, Aġenzija Sapport works to promote social equity and inclusion for persons with disabilities, enriching their quality of life and fostering independence.

The Agency offers a number of services to persons with disabilities and their families through the provision of effective and efficient services, promoting inclusion within the community, independent living and acquisition of skills that enhance the opportunities for employment.
Services include:
- Assessment and interventions – to tailor services according to need, whilst providing professional Social Work services.
- Community-based services – individual programmes for persons with disabilities who are referred for more specialised interventions to improve their abilities to live independently within the community.
- Personal assistance: providing funds to subsidise the employment of personal assistants by persons with disabilities.
- Day services – providing programmes to enhance skills and develop potential of persons with disabilities.
- Supported Independent Living Services – an inclusive community-based service, where persons with disabilities can acquire independent living skills in a supportive and co-productive environment.
- Respite services – temporary services to support the persons with disabilities and their families.
- Sign language interpretation – to facilitate communication for Deaf people in everyday life.
- Independent living assessments & recommendations (STILC) – providing wheelchair and seating assessments, driving and adaptive driving equipment assessments, and a motoring school.
- Assistive technology assessments (ACTU) – and recommendations to support individuals with complex communication needs.
- Social contact opportunities (Sharing Lives) – offering persons with disabilities the possibility to have social contact, engage in groups activities with their peers and participate in cultural, sports and other non-formal educational programmes.
- Workshops and support groups – for parents and family members of persons with disabilities.
- Various schemes – including financial assistance for specialised equipment and transport to aid independent living, grants for wheelchair accessible vehicles, and exemptions from vehicle road license and registration tax.
- Blue Badge – legal document to allow persons with disabilities to park in designated communal parking bays.
- EU Disability Card – document for persons with disabilities allowing the card holder to benefit from various schemes and benefits offered by the government and private entities.
- Skills for independent living and employability (SkillUp) – programmes for persons with disabilities to be better prepared to enter the workforce and/or live independently.
- Youth Work - empowers young persons with disabilities through inclusive, person-centred support while empowering young persons with disabilities to actively participate in the communicate, develop their social skills, and reach their full potential.
- Occupational Therapy services: therapeutic allied health interventions to assist persons with disabilities through everyday activities and other occupations to restore / reinforce functional capacity.
